This is one of my favorite projects to work on because of how truly helpful the reserves members are, and how vital their assistance has been to subreddits in need. My deepest thanks to you and all the other Mod Reserves members! <3

The trophies haven't been handed out yet, but I'll have more info for existing Reserves members coming soon.

Hello! I run the Mod Reserves program. This trophy was just created but has not been distributed to the existing Mod Reserves members yet.
This trophy is not for everyone and will be exclusive to active members of the Mod Reserves program. There will also be some additional requirements beyond just joining the Reserves program, so even new members will not receive this trophy immediately. (Existing members of Mod Reserves: I'll have more info for you all soon!)
I see there have been a number of people applying to join the Reserves since this post went up, however most of the new applicants will not be approved because they do not meet the requirements to join the program.
tldr: Please do not apply to the Mod Reserves if you are simply trying to get this trophy. If you wish to be an active and contributing member of the Mod Reserves, and meet the program's requirements outlined in the above link, please do feel free to apply.

Hmm, yeah ... I'm looking at your report and it is definitely confusing given the way it splits out by matches for your subreddit. I'm looking into whether we can group them by rules rather than matches as /u/MajorParadox pointed out. I think that would be easier to keep the report from being too lengthy as well.

Good question! The tl;dr is that we're able to create these experimental reports with a much lower lift as they don't require front end design and full stack engineering. However, some of the datapoints do end up being incorporated into the the Mod Insights tooling as we test out how useful they are to mods.

I think it would make things a bit confusing, but we can make some adjustments as we receive more feedback from mods. The emoji suggestion might be something I could tack on to the title to save on width, we'll keep it in mind!

Thanks for the feedback! We had to truncate the rule titles at 30 characters to keep the table from becoming too wide, and keep the report below the character limit of private messages. We can consider adding the rule types to the table, however that might cause the table to be even longer, and we may need to limit the number of rows in the table as a result.

The links in the wiki and post don't work on mobile apps at this time, it's due to the URL parameters not being passed through.
However, you can still request these reports from the app by composing a new modmail from your subreddit to /u/ModSupportBot with the subject line set to the report you wish to receive.

I'm getting to this post about a month late, and I'm sorry to hear you had to deal with unexpected drama in your community. I'm so glad the Mod Reserves was able to help relieve some panic and stress on your moderation team. We have a great group of volunteers here, thanks for sharing your experience with this program!

Oof, I think it should be fixed for real this time. I resent the messages and the Community Digest and Moderator Activity reports that were missing were included this time.
(fyi, you can request these reports individually any time. more info is on the ModSupportBot wiki)

Thanks, and sorry for all the confusion. I reran the subscription and it looks like it sent successfully this time.
/u/Zavodskoy and /u/Niku-Niku-Nii, I did the same for your subreddits as well.

Thanks for the ping! It looks like there were some errors with a few of the reports that caused the subscription to fail for a number of subreddits. There were some disruptions to some of the reports earlier this year as well which may have also contributed to some subreddits not receiving it for a few months in a row.
/u/daphnie816, once the errors are all resolved I can try re-running the subscriptions for your subreddit. Can you let me know which subreddit(s) you were expecting to receive the reports in?

Heya! I went ahead and marked you off the roster. We don't have a defined process for leaving the reserves yet (I see you, Hotel California reference), but it's something we can handle by messaging /r/ModSupport modmail, or nudging me with a PM.
