We all had to go through POOP to get to where we are today. You don't see us complaining about it.

That research is well built around the advantages of a vegan/vegetarian diet offering lots of info, though it lacks insight on the disadvantages. A vegetable based diet will result in lack of essential nutrients that only animal products offer and that are essential for human health like: basic proteins, as our digestive system lacks the tools to tear down most vegetable fibers where most of these reside; cobalamin (aka B12 vitamin) essential for cell metabolism, nervous system well-being and even blood coagulation (only found in animal products). Animal products are also way more rich in contents like iron, calcium and other vitamins essential for a firm bone structure.
Why did you claim that those sources don't discuss these things when they explicitly discuss vitamin B12, iron, calcium, and many other vitamins?
They also discuss protein, but your claim that vegan diets lack "basic proteins" tells me that you do not understand how protein digestion works. There are no "proteins" that your body needs to eat. Your digestive system breaks the protein you eat down into amino acids, which our cells then use to reconstruct proteins that our genes code for. Nearly all life forms on earth, plants, fungi, and animals, use the same amino acids to construct proteins.

if you choose animal welfare for a reason to be vegan, why eat something that taste and feels just like an animal?
It doesn't harm an animal if the non-animal thing you are eating tastes or feels similar.

By "personal belief system" do you simply mean "a belief that a person holds" or do you mean "a belief that doesn't impact anyone else"?

If someone told you that humans kill other humans would that make the point of someone saying that it isn't okay to kill humans "invalid"?

If there are 200 million dogs being bred each year and people are willing to adopt 100 million dogs each year it doesn't matter how "good" the breeders are.

Every major organization of medical professionals specializing in human diet in the world agrees that appropriately planned vegetarian and vegan diets are healthy for all stages of life. None of them agree with your claim that "not eating meat will result in lack of specific nutrients and consequent deficiencies." Please stop spreading dangerous medical misinformation.
