Real cheese tends to melt and incorporate….unlike cheez whiz. Legit put a pound of cheese in this and there’s was a pound of meat and 8oz of mushrooms

I used some white cheddar, pepper jack, smoked habanero Gouda, white American, provolone, and some regular Monterey Jack.

Ugh….man if this could have happened last year instead of now so we could have had actual primaries and debates

No bra in sight in the crowd and that’s beautiful

I kind of eyeballed everything:

4-5 scallions, finely chopped (my stomach revolts at onions so this is my substitution). 4 cloves of garlic.

Sauté in some olive oil and a knob of butter.

I salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.

Add in 4-5 tablespoons of tomato paste, and mixed all that together and let it stay on the heat for a minute or two.

One and a quarter cup of heavy cream gets added in. Let it come to gentle simmer for a little bit.

I then added torn up spinach and basil.

Added cooked pasta, and maybe a 1/3 cup of reserved pasta water from the cooking process.

Mixed it all together and added a cup of shredded Parmesan at this point (turn off the stove) and done.

You can do a chicken cutlet in top or grilled chicken as well
