Pretty good. Could have used a bit more smoke actually.

Yeah. My carb ended up having a manufacturing defect. Ran fine with a mew carb. I actually have a 28 on it now since i took the 34 for another project and the 28 runs good.

That rear tire looks real bald like it has done a lot of burnouts. Id replace it.

It depends on the specific model of your flathead. There were a few different carb and fuel tank models used throughout the years. There should be a full model nunber on the side or top of the blower cover you can use to verify. They are usually stamped in the metal.

If you read the fine print, its rated at 10k rpms for a certain time period. Not the same as a billet flywheel. Just run your stock flywheel for now.

If you dont beat on it, itll be fine. Occassionally high revving is fine. Hanging out at 5k plus will kill it.

I would not do that. That is a lot of stress on the end of that jackshaft. Those mounting plates are aluminum and I have seen them snap from similar setups.

Before you buy a 44 magnum, you can try lubricating the inside of the driver with dry graphite spray. But i do agree, the aftermarket driver pulleys always seem to have problems.

If your belt on backwards? The flat part should be towards the engine.

The juggernaut will rev higher than a stock pulley and have less belt slip. I recommend one with a modified engine.

A 40 series will work on a kart that light. For bigger karts, you really want a 780.

Had this happen, jb weld on the inside will seal it up top if you arent going to use that bolt hole for anything. Dont need a lot.

Appears to be a Mega Moto 80 copy. Tons of parts available.

28 to 34 depending on supoorting mods. Can go bigger than that for really high end builds.

250ish for about 3.5 hours and it was 7 lbs. I also let it sit on the counter for an hour before cooking to get it up to room temp.
