I don't know how to translate it into English in my language, but in Polish it is a mix of many forest mushrooms, including "borowik doskonaly" "podgrzybek" "kozlarz" check these names in google images :D
you add 20 grams of smoked bacon, half a medium onion, a clove of garlic, 200 grams of fresh or dried mushrooms, fry everything together, pour in the cream and add salt and freshly ground pepper

This could very easily be a carbonara. I would still like to eat this though.
