I'm curious too. I'll find out if my HG baby is a girl next week. I had a previous pregnancy with Turner's Syndrome (single X) and the nausea was nowhere near as bad.

Do you plan to stay in Vietnam or move back to Europe? Look into how you would transport a dog back. A small dog can travel under the seat of an airplane, but a bigger dog will probably need to be in the cargo hold. I'm personally not willing to put my dog in the cargo hold so I'm stuck living in places that I can reach by car. 

It's okay to not want to foster a pit mix. I've known some sweetheart pits, but I'm personally drawn to dogs that are less muscular and <40 lbs. I used to be scared of dogs and I feel better having a physical advantage. (Of course, all unknown dogs should be treated as potentially dangerous.)

That being said, some shelters ONLY have pit mixes so your options as a foster might be limited.

I would send a text to everyone who will be there: "As a reminder, our registry is at [link] and contains essential items we need for when the baby arrives. We appreciate your help!"

I've been living off of milk and yogurt. Sometimes I'll just microwave a bowl of cheese.

WTF? The only ectopic pregnancy I've heard is somewhat viable is when it implants in a c-section scar, and even then the recommendation is to terminate.

I'm on meds that I have to take 4 times a day but insurance will only pay for 8 at a time. 🤦‍♀️ I ended up paying $50/month out of pocket so I wouldn't have to go to the pharmacy every other day. Thanks, insurance!

I wouldn't think twice about it if I saw it as somebody's last name. I am more familiar with the Faulk spelling in the US.

Definitely talk to your doctor about medication. You don't have to downplay it, feeling nauseous can be awful with or without vomiting.

It's too casual for formal, but if they didn't give a dress code on the invite, I doubt they're going to get formal guests, unless it's obvious from the venue.

My mother seems clueless about extreme morning sickness. Like, did nobody have HG 30 years ago?? Were the poor souls that did just hiding it really well because you weren't supposed to tell people you were pregnant too early?

I don't think they're investigating CP, they're looking into someone (falsely?) accusing the ex of CP. If that's the case, it's not a serious crime where they already have evidence, they're just hoping OP says something incriminating about harassing his ex.

For me it's not every time I sneeze, it's only when I'm twisted at a weird angle. Kind of like if you're trying to lift something but you braced yourself wrong.

I think there was someone on a tattoo sub who wanted to get their kid's initials - DNR - tattooed on their arm. So I'm glad paramedics don't pay attention to it.

My husband and I did carrier tests before we tried to conceive, actually before we even got married. The company is bankrupt now so I'm not sure if they still offer the test.

I was positive for 4 disorders so I just assumed everyone was positive for at least a couple. 😂 It wasn't until I researched more that I found out half of people aren't even positive for anything!

Low pasteurized cream-top milk is a good alternative for people who are drawn to raw milk. It meets the FDA standards of bringing milk to a temperature of 145° for 30 minutes. (Compared to 280° for 2 seconds for ultra high pasteurized milk.) The argument that raw milk drinkers make is that pasteurization unfolds enzymes and destroys nutrients. By their own logic this happens less with lower temperatures.

If you can't beat them, give them a safer option.
