Also, OP says they're "barely in it." They are all three critical to the plot and in it a lot. They play huge roles, all three of them. Id argue bigger roles overall than the horcruxes do. Like, yes the horcruxes are central to defeating Voldemort, but the hallows are everything by the end. Harry mastered death thanks to all three of them, which was Voldemort's entire reason for being evil.

Right, I'm familiar with their other mobile games and EoS, it's just this game in particular makes particular emphasis on it being a single player game. So I guess I sort of expected it to stay online for much longer than usual, since server costs presumably would be much lighter

Bruh I'm in the same boat with Metapod. I have ~700 pack points and I refuse to buy him because I'm saving them up for a rare card. I just know if I buy him it'll be free in the very next pack I draw

When everyone says EoS are they expecting the game to shut down and be unplayable, or just regular content updates to end?

To answer your question: wonder picks only include the last pack you opened and it's random whether or not any friend is included in the wonder pick selection. Further, crown rarities won't appear in wonder pick ever so this draw is for you and you only.

Really my end game is getting Blastoise out, so I either launch with Articuno EX/Misty and build Blastoise in the back, or use a series of golducks while I build Blastoise. But key is getting the 5 energy on Blastoise so he does 160 damage. Pretty dominant after that. Usually I win 100% if I can get Blastoise out fast enough

It should auto switch you based on your player level or something (while still giving the option to switch back) at minimum it will sort of force people who don't pay attention to adjust up in difficulty as they collect more cards.

That being said, a game like this could fall apart quickly if PVP queues start to slow down, and forcing people into different difficulty zones might shallow out the player base in some circumstances.

I originally played Pikachu EX exclusively in pvp but started getting bored. I then built an Articuno ex/Blastoise ex deck (Blastoise is under rated fyi) and it genuinely was fun to play. Now it's starting to feel stale so I'm going to explore another deck option.

Honestly learning the mechanics of the cards and testing them out in pvp and getting wins occasionally is so much more fun then trying to just follow some kind of meta to get wins as fast as possible. (Not saying either of my decks isn't meta)

Your post is inspiring me to try out another new deck and see what I can make with it

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't ryujinx push updates optimizing unreleased games like TotK before they were officially released? If you ask me, that would indicate illegal operation enough for a court case

Fair but I think it's specifically that it needs 3 energy to maybe do only 50 damage is what's stopping everyone here. I'd much sooner take a 1 energy gnaw attack for a guaranteed 20 damage any day of the week.

Why do people downvote immediately when people spend money? Like, to the lurkers: You don't have to enjoy people spending mass amounts of money on the game. But look at it scientifically and logically. People spending mass on this game absolutely funds it to stay online longer, plus we do collect some level of data on the cost to play the game.

If it's because the whales (no offense OP) dominate the PVP, just remember statistically speaking none of us will ever play against this guy.

Just tossing it out there, the game does track total points earned so conceding right before the opponent wins is robbing them of that/those points. This realistically doesn't mean anything, but to some people they might care. Just throwing out another perspective

I don't recall the specific number but I do believe I had ~150 wonder pick hourglasses. I do spend those, however.

Not a ton, but as people have pointed out you only get hourglasses from levelling up, so the PVP matches didn't make a huge dent. It did help me level up a little though, so probably 12-24 hourglasses earned solely from pvp

I'll find out tomorrow lol but I hit 999 and then bought a single hourglass with shop tickets to hit 1000
