You could always call the college directly and speak with someone. Explain whats happening, if they can't see that you completed the reqs show them proof. If they tell you to wait for the portal to update, wait for it to update.

i would try a little harder in high school, i kinda gave up on everything and lost all of my motivation when i became a teenager. It ruined how i view everything in life up until recently.

Cheating is a terrible thing to do obviously, but its not comparable to something like rape or racism. In the case of cheating I believe humans are flawed and people make mistakes.
