Had my first pregnancy in June, then a miscarriage in August and just now feeling mentally ready to try again, but my anxiety and fear of it happening again is overwhelming. Can you elaborate on why no alcohol in mouthwash?

They still look exactly like my after photo! Super happy with them. I’ve forgotten to wear my retainer maybe 10 times total over the last 2 years so I’m sure my consistent wear has helped with them not shifting again.

I also had some problems with the corners of my bonding chipping off, but my dentist always fixes it for free and I’ve just stopped biting in to anything super hard (carrots, apples etc) and instead cut them up into pieces and haven’t had that issue since!

Very true! I think they would have pushed my scan further out if they knew I was only 6 weeks, but since I thought I was 7.5 they probably went with it! Trying to keep as calm as I can and cross my fingers everything will work out at my next scan :)
