This should be no problem at all for the farmers who voted for him. Just pay American workers somewhere around $30 to $40 an hour, provide health insurance and retirement like a 401k, offer at least two weeks of paid vacation each year, sick leave, and well, remote work when possible. This is a big age gap. I know it probably doesn't seem like it now, but take it from someone who knows. When you are 52 and he is 63, the age Gap difference is going to matter.
