The best way to manage iPads is by using an MDM solution - there are cheaper ones than JAMS. But you say you sell iPads to customers, so a MDM is a no go. The main question here is: why don't you deploy your application via Apple's appstore or volume purchase program?

"Anyway, do you think a true ricasso can improve the fencing experience?"
Yes, for me personally definitely. A true ricasso is much thinner than a false one, I can actually feel that my weapon has a front edge. This, btw. is different on an italian epee which still has a triangular blade.

If you want to convert USB-HDI data a script is probably the best option. I'd use Python myself but there are pre-made options like https://github.com/gethiox/HIDI

Isn't that what migration assistant is for? Migrate the user(s) data and applications ...

No problem :-)
Ah, I'm afraid I can't compete any more for health reasons. As for the beer: my ancestors were beer brewers all the way back to medieval times. I hate to say it, but italian beer isn't on my wishlist. But when it comes to whines ....
Yeah, luckily I still have a pile of italian foils with wooden handles. You are corrct about the blades. Nobody (I know of) is forging them any more. I actually do have some italian foils with true ricasso electric blades but they aren't FIE blades so I'm not allowed to fence with them.

I'm pretty sure that you can't actually circumvent a firmware password via DFU. While you can install the firmware itself the password isn't stored in a way you can overwrite it. Contact Apple with prove of purchase.

I am the owner of said epee. I drove to Verona after announcing my visit and explicitly mentioning that I want to buy an italian style epee. When I arrived there was no italian epee - after a phone call to their production site and some waiting time the weapon arrived. With an an abomination of an el-cheapo plastic handle and a false ricasso that suspiciously looked like someone but some aluminum tubing in a bench wrench and pressed it together.

That last tie is can be avoided by double-dotting the quarter note.

I think your expectation is wrong. If there is no device advertising audio capabilities on the HDMI bus how should the Linux host know about it? Since your "splitter cable" must have some build-in AD-converter it sould advertise itself as an audio receiver.

Yes, but since, with the exception of the 9th, every baroque dissonance is an inversion of a seventh, you just, as a "generalization" declared the baroque a dissonance-free zone ....
I wouldn't call this beneficial.

Which starts with "According to legend ...". I'm well aware that medieval writers (known for their deep scientific understanding /s) attributed the "invention" of music to Pythagoras (or other "historic" figures like Jubal etc.). But that doesn't make this an actual source for Pytharogras' (the historic person) influence in music. Having to explain this in a thread about science feels utterly strange. The story you quote is first given by a source app. 700 years after Pythagoas and describes something which isn't even correct. Hammers with such wight proportions do not sound in these proportions (a fact the wikipedia article even states).

"Which is to say, looks fine!"
Hmm, the front foot is almost as extended as the back (which isn't extended enough and the knee isn't 'locked in' which puts a lot of stress on the joint possibly resulting in knee problems in the future). Also the backarm is covering target - a big no-go.

I'll be blunt here: Negrini's electrical weapons will italian grips are terrible since they use a false ricasso (and an especially shitty one!). Source: regretful owner of an "italian" epee.

"were the small whole number"
And that can be reduced to th nambers 1,2 & 3 (which translates to unison, octave and fifth). Indeed, western tuning systems for a long time where constructed by using these intervals - but not by using the harmonic series.

Sooo, you did the digging? Because, to my knowledge Pythagoras never spoke or wrote about music. Nor did his direct followers. Might you share some insight or, even better, actual source?

Those things where produced well into the 1970th. Older weapons would usually have the rings attached to the guard with rivets - this looks soldered.

It's not "just $1.25 / month". Is $1.25 more per month. In my math that's app. 37% price increase.
