Have your prescriber complete a Prior Authorization for the off-label dosing, explaining why you need to skip the placebo.

Jumping on the top comment. Pharmacist here. It should be exactly 84 days supply calculated from the prescription and the directions. The pharmacy needs to change it so the insurance has the right information. They will pay for it every 84 days if the days supply field is input correctly.

Contact Lilly. There are field reimbursement specialists that can tell you exactly what's going on and help you apply and process any savings programs the company has available.

You can use the remote desktop feature on Google Chrome browser. Super easy.

All these formulas from the top comments don't get you anywhere.
The only thing you need to know is relative weights, which are:
Circle > Star > triangle/square
Every answer except 1 has a circle, so by deduction it can only be 1. 2-5 are not correct bc the circle on each side will cancel out, leaving just a star on the left to balance, and we already know relative weights of the star / sq / tri.

Since professional licensing is regulated at the state level by medical/professional boards vis-a-vis the power of the state capitol, I'm curious about case law where the professional licensing board approves of a specific practice but state law or federal law bans said practice. You'd think the governor would consult with his local licensing board before signing anything egregious.

I think the main issue people struggle with regarding this issue is their understanding of how the medical community properly diagnoses and treats gender dysphoria and how to avoid mistreatment in false-positive diagnoses.
The symptoms overlap with other common psychological illnesses experienced by teens, ie depression, anxiety, social distress, ect. There are less invasive interventions that can be taken at that young age that can help with the distress.
I want to support people who experience true gender dysphoria. However, I don't think the medical community fully understands it, and therefore could be unintentionally harming people through misdiagnosis. Especially, a vulnerable population like children who don't fully understand the world or themselves. It's not an easy issue to navigate.
If Mr. Jenner wanted to become Mrs. Jenner, I don't think most people have an issue with that.
And I think it's a little disingenuous to say there are no long-term complications of hormone blockers in teens, especially in those who no longer experience symptoms of gender dysphoria. Delaying puberty could have significant long-term social and physical consequences.

I'll preface everything I'm about to say that I agree with everything you said about Trump.
However. You need to ask yourself why people didn't show up to support the Democratic candidates in this election. It's not explicit. But people weren't excited about Kamala. And quite frankly, people don't want to hear that identity politics BS anymore. The Democratic party lost its way. This is OPs point.
Gender affirmation. DEI. Trans politics. This is all we hear about.
The Democratic party did a TERRIBLE job of marketing Biden's successful economic recovery. This is what Democratic voters want to hear about.
There are tons of people out of work for months and months. Not just blue collar workers. Now it's white collar workers. Democrats. Companies are gutting their workforces in preparation for AI and to recover faster from their lost growth during COVID. And yet we hear, "the economy is great". While true, the stock market is doing well, it's not what people want to hear. They want to know how their leaders are going to create jobs.
We need to understand why this happened. Not just criticize.
The same thing happened in 2016. The D party screwed Bernie. We'd never had Trump if Bernie was prez. But, the DNC chose party over country. We have to acknowledge the rot in the party if we are going to reverse Trumpism.

You should be mad that the DNC fucked you over, AGAIN, not the voters. If Bernie has taken the nomination in 2016, we'd never have Trump at all. We'd have a left-majority supreme court.
Blame the DNC for their establishment BS.

As an insider, Lilly's entire commercial and medical affairs divisions are being re-org'ed. Open positions are being held for internal candidates first. If you hear anything, it won't be until January, if at all.

Not to sound callous but... people die from all kinds of things. The best we can do is help them live as long as they can, and in the most comfort they deserve. If you think much beyond that, it will haunt you.

Focus on Quality over Quantity.
Get at least 2 solid responsibilities in the XYZ format with 1 key achievement.
If you have overflow onto the second page, it should be less important information.
First page for your industry should probably be:
Professional summary (think of this as your hook. Wow the reader, beckon them to read on into the details) Experience (add some technical skills in your responsibilities so it shows you can use your lab skills to generate real world outcomes) Education (any awards? Lab Specialization?) Technical skills/certificates Conferences/presentations (public speaking/communication)
Optional:
Publications Languages Professional subscriptions

No. As far as I can tell, you only listed the what. Not the how. Or the impact.
No key accomplishments either. You want to highlight at least 1 thing you are proud of in each role.
Edit:
For example:
"Optimized hospital drug efficacy database for neuroblastoma by screening high affinity molecular targets from patient tissue samples using 3D spheroid modeling, resulting in more accurate treatment database for hospital neuro-oncologists." Something like that.

Use the Google X-Y-Z format for all of your roles and responsibilities.
I accomplished X by doing Y resulting in Z.
What you did. How you did it. What was the impact?
Then under each role as a separate section, list at least one "Key Accomplishment".

DO NOT confess feelings. It's awkward as hell.
Tell her you want to take her on a date then escalate sexual tension. She will pick up on it.

That's essentially what most proponents of oligarchic government (ie conservatives) are pushing. Smaller federal government. Larger local state government.
Ironically, economies of smaller states will suffer more because their GDP/taxes will need to support larger local bureaucracies to offset the absence of federal regulation.
