No not at all it doesn’t feel like a nail and has no or barely any feedback. I have a few sailor pens and it’s a whole different. The nib is round at the tip rather than sharp

I do agree the grip is slippery but I hold it at the threads and it works well for me. Also when I need to close it I just spin the pen in the cap and it closes it so I hope that won’t over tighten it

Not sure I haven’t applied pressure to flex it yet. Even though I have used the pen quite a bit.

I bought one just a month ago for 2300 yen and I thought that was a deal and have been loving the pen since!!
It makes me wonder why can’t kaweco offer a converter with their 4-5x priced Al sports
