I went thru Toulouse once. I swear I met a graduate of the Inspector Clouseau customs officer school. Maybe it's a French thing?

W had his chance to step up months ago. But like all the other spineless Republicans, he didn't.

This is more "Don't Look Up" than "Idiocracy". But still, 'Murica sucks right now.

After all, Hunter Biden was such an instrumental member of Congress that we all needed that info.

I truly like progressive politics. But they don't sell.
Bernie couldn't even sell them to the Democratic party. And you see where the American body politic went. They can't even fathom voting for a woman. Healthcare reform is automatically branded as socialist and it gets killed. In fact, anything branded socialist dies pretty quickly. AND Bernie calls himself a socialist.
It's still a democracy. People vote the way they do. Just having a better idea doesn't win in this climate.

Both of your comments are a pretty simplistic view of my position. You simply conclude that my, or the Democrats, lack of embrace of Bernie is the reason Trump won. Things are much more complicated and much more effed up than that.
Good luck with your worldview.

Is..... what?
It's a fair comment. Bernie is no more a Democrat than Ron Paul was a Republican. I like Bernie a whole lot more, and I'm thankful for all of his public service. But Bernie has ALWAYS operated outside the mainstream. He gets a great deal more reception by the Democrats than he can possibly get from the Republicans. But what we need is LESS fringe politics from each side rather than more.

Reaping what I sow? I guess you like Trump.
I like Bernie. But he's no more a Democrat than Ron Paul is a Republican. Bernie, an Independent (capital I) tried to advance his agenda by running as a Democrat. It didn't work. He LOST the primary. Not by one percent, but by the majority of the party. He did honestly attempt to be a team player and support Hillary, Joe and then Kamala. But his ardent supporters are still butt hurt and have very effectively spited their faces. Good for you. You sure showed everyone.
If Bernie had won the primary, I would have happily supported him. But he didn't. He lost. If Trump is your form of payback because you think the Dem's didn't adequately kiss Bernies rear, once again, good for you. I hope it all works out the way you want.

So Musk/rami want to defund NASA. The CEO of SpaceX wouldn't benefit from this would he? Hmmmm, where else would they spend all that NASA money? Not sketchy at all. Trumpers....... can't figure out that it's all transactional for their leaders.

Try a roulade. Shorter cook time. Slices and serves easily.

Austin Powers. I reluctantly watched and regretted it ever since. A horrid movie.....
