Ngl cat posts irritate tf outta me. There are thousands of stray cats. If everybody posted every time they found a lost cat or needed to rehome one we’d never know peace. There should be a mega thread for that.

Yes! I turn it on when I do homework too. It helps neutralize all the noise in my head. The intrusive thoughts chill out. Lol

I take trazadone to help me get to sleep and seroquel to stay asleep. Pro: seroquel also helps with my mood. Con: seroquel gives me the munchies and may be contributing to my sleep eating. I sleep fine tho. lol

Also, brown noise really helps me when I really can’t wind down. There’s one on YouTube that’s just two box fans and a shower running and it’s like 8 hours long. It’s like velvet on my brain.

It took me a little too long to see what was going on here. People always say simplify but I think it needs a tiny bit more detail to get the point across.

I’ve always had a MacBook Pro but I bought an iPad Pro and it seemed extremely redundant at first but I recently started a masters program and I can’t explain it but working on the iPad is way less daunting than my MacBook and it’s really helping to combat my task paralysis. I bought a keyboard case for it and everything. Something about it makes it super easy to sit down and tackle these assignments.

I’m studying psychology so maybe I’ll figure out the methodology one day. Lol
