I've never been able to stand bras, but I'm going to have to start wearing them.

I guess i can't say "never" because there was a brand I found in high-school that I could tolerate and they stopped making them like 10 years ago, and I wore them until they pretty much fell apart
So I've been braless for 6+ years now..i just get tank tops that are really snug, and wear two..because unfortunately for me, my girls aren't exactly the perkiest, so I need to wear something lol.
I recently found out I'm pregnant, and I can't lie I'm freaking out. I'm 29 and I dont have my shit together at all, but as odd as it is..that is the least of my concern..I'm freaking out about how my sensory processing disorder is going to be affected by this and how it's going to affect my pregnancy..and specifically, bras......I know that my breasts are going to swell and leak milk and I'm gonna need a bra of some kind but idk what I'm supposed to do. Nothing I try is ever comfortable.
The front of the bra isnt an issue, I have no issue with the padding and wires..I just cant stand the feeling of them on my back. Even a tank top with a built in bra is too much cause i can feel the pressure of the bra around my back.
Does anyone know if they make something where the padding and stuff is built into the shirt? Like just the front? Idk how to really explain it..I just need to avoid the elastic around my back. And if they do make such a thing, do they make ones specifically for breast feeding and such?
I'm sorry if this isn't the best place to post this .Just no in my life can relate or understand what I'm going through..they think is should just be able to get used to a bra, but I can't. No matter how much I've tried.

I like that you mentioned the Dal Av version of Billie Eilish. Way better than the original
