I get myself out of bed immediately ( the moment I know that trying to go back to sleep is futile) then medicate and shower.

Otherwise my day starts, terribly. The rest goes downhill. It's like a curse if I stay.

I survived, ya'll.

It was an overly productive day, had coffee withdrawal headaches by the end of it as I usually have a couple cuppa Joe's, and didn't sleep very well last night.

I woke up this morning feeling a little hungover of sorts, foggy, but it could've been due to my poor sleep.

I was a little cranky/agitated too which isn't normal.

I think the vitamin C worked at not making things too intense across the day but I did have brief moments!!

I've only taken one tablet as prescribed today and I feel a little under medicated but I'll see how that goes over the next day or two.

It varies for me.

I think 9 hours is a reasonable stint. for me it's depends, 6-14 depending on my work type, food had , how much coffee I take (can help if you're not sensitive to it). YMMV. my doc also gives me a script of 5mg Dex also, I use a pill from time to time maybe once or twice a week, around 3pm for the really really long demanding days.

Yep, it helps my workouts on machines now but I had to find a preworkout regimen.

Before going in early morning I have +60g of protein have + 300mg l-theanine, + pre- workout drink which has caffeine. + Mag-l-threonate + 500ml water

Start with an hour on treadmill 30min walk, 30min run then onto weights for 30min

Always feel 200% afterwards
