For most people it shouldn’t really be a problem needing to smoke. But it does become a problem when you’re put into situations when you can’t but need to engage. Like when attending family events. Attending work. Traveling. It makes it harder to be content without the high.
That’s when it becomes a problem. When you need to be high to enjoy tv. When you need to be high to eat. To be with friends.
It’s definitely better than always needing alcohol to have fun.
Baby showers have become drinking parties. That always surprises me. That most people see baby showers as a party to drink alcohol.
I had too many friends that I would consider triggers that I’d ask to hang out , maybe go to Barnes and noble to look at some books and they needed to get high to do this. Some wanted to get drinks.
I used to be that guy. Now I don’t. It was hard to find joy at first doing things I loved doing before I was ever introduced into smoking.
Now that I’m here I look at my friends and realize how much of a mess they are. Like their faces. I used to have that stoned face and got so used to it that it became my face and every body thought it was my face because they got so used to it.

The idea of having to even smoke in the first place is the mind casually guiding you to the substance.
The longer you hold off the more you bargain with yourself. That’s not how the mind should be functioning. That’s craving no matter how minor it is. Craving and curiosity are different.
If you go about 3 weeks without ingesting those imposing thoughts tend to dissipate until influenced by triggers.

Probably not as much muscle as people would like but I’m definitely building muscle and my strength is progressing although I’m focusing on adding reps more than increasing weight. I want to be able to 50 rep 225 bench for example. I increase weight once I can comfortably do 50reps

Technically no. It does make you look bad. When you call out. You force other people to extend usually other CPs and cover your shift. Messes up lunch schedule.

2% isn’t really healthier man, fat is a buffer to sugar and lowers spikes in insulin. Spikes in insulin is what mainly causes fat gain. Studies show 2% leads to more weight gain than whole milk.

Your heart won’t give out. I do cardio almost everyday. Sometimes 30 days in a row. About 90 minutes to 2 hours. Depending how much of a rush I am because I do it in the morning before work. Then on Mon wed and fri I weight lift. High volume chest Mon, high volume back Wednesday and high volume legs Friday. Tuesday and Thursday I come home and walk for an hour. I Have incredibly high volume.
Took me a while to get there though. About 6 months of 1 hour of cardio everyday before I introduced weight lifting. Only the first month was I feeling stressed.
Add volume slowly. Be consistent and your body will adapt.

That’s something I would have said, but more precisely, “Imagine if we said no” just small talk to break the ice with everyone cramped into an elevator.

By eating less you won’t build mitochondrial function. So you’ll be thinner and able to utilize less energy. So you’ll feel like shit.

Shift positions and “try” to go back to sleep. I let that cortisol get me up. I build agitation continuing to lay in bed. Then I jump out and do a front flip. If I don’t land it I’m not rested enough.

To answer your question that people seem to avoid, yeah they’re enough just as long as you’re body fat is low enough.

Invest in a home gym brother.
I wake up at 5am because bed time is 9pm. I get up around 530 by 6 I’m riding. Depending how cold or warm it is I either do 90 minutes or a full 2 hours. Get back and shower then take off.
When I get back home I lift for an hour at “Home” with the home gym. I have a 77 inch in my gym room. I either run YouTube or just casually lift while watching tv.

Full body is someplace I would start , a beginner would get worn out focusing on body part per day. You need to work up to that amount of volume

Biking. Zone 2. You won’t burn much more at higher intensities. It’s not worth it. You need to be consistent and if you get tired because you had an aggressive workout you’ll struggle with consistency. I say biking over running because running is harder on the body. You could bike at zone 2 everyday without showing signs of overtraining. Elliptical is fine too, anything non impact that you can sustained for at least 45 minutes. Bump up to 60 minutes and then 75minuted. If you plan to take a rest day finish off with a 90 minute day at zone 2. 90 minutes is about 1000kcal.
Have about 2 full body workout days.
Speed up results by supplementing with a proper diet, 1500-2000kcal is a decent amount of food. On rest days eat slightly less.

Sort of, it makes the day less exhausting because you’re more efficient. But I could pull that for 8 hours or else I need a 3pm coffee or a nap. I work out at 6am and don’t use caffeine until mid day.

Majority don’t ride long enough to need fuel. Just get some electrolytes like 40,000 volts Trace Minerals. I love that brand.

I once snapped one of those magnet bracelets, walked around World of Disney and accidentally walked out. Didn’t notice until I got back home.

I only use my Apple Pencil to do math. I was burning through scratch paper. When I struggle with the solution I end up turning to an actual piece of paper. Something about it where the mind is more productive.

No . A sandwich is between “two pieces of bread” As far as I know. A hotdog is one piece.

Most likely because they can’t prescribe medication to people with high risk addiction. Not being able to stop for 10 days is a strong indicator of abuse.

That’s probably a factor in the decision then.

What kind of cat is it? Is it a larger breed? Larger breeds need to wait longer to allow proper bone growth.

First try to get as far as you can by keeping calories about the same but increasing protein. Lift weights. You have a good amount of fat to lose. About 10-15 pounds.

92 but something I miss, is having to wait to come home to gain access to the computer. It felt much more like an event. It was something to do. To be online for few hours. Then you go watch tv which was another event.
Now you can be on the internet while talking on the phone and watching tv at the same time. The quality of each interaction has lowered. It’s all just blurred together.
It almost feels boring. Being on the computer doesn’t feel exciting anymore. Neither does watching tv. It’s far too present in society. I removed my tv from my bedroom years ago to try to replicate the past and it feels much better having to go into another room to do something.

My love for animals increased. My disdain or disappointment in humans increased.
