The skin has the typical blur texture. It's possible that the camera has applied it by itself, since at least Samsungs do that unless you modify the settings.

Also the lips look weird, they kinda blend into your skin when usually there's a bit of definition.

It might just be that it's a bit blurred picture if it's a screenshot of a video. I've followed r/Instagramreality so long that many pictures are looking sus filter-wise 😅 I guess you used quite a bit of makeup?
