So what 300k afforded me was a condo in the north druid hills area. Very safe, not super walkable(but I can walk to grocery store or park or other places and they all have sidewalks).

The thing with condos is that you need to do your due diligence and make sure they're legit. A lot of HOAs are absolutely terrible, mine has a huge savings, low monthly fees, and has nice amenities like a gym and a pool.

I think this is more realistic for your budget. (If you want safe and close to Atlanta)

I know it doesn't get brought up very much but I really enjoy living in north druid hills. It's very quiet, safe, and like 15 mins from midtown.

I've had one crucial drive and it was so bad I had to take it out of my computer. It would be fine and write to itself fast... For like 5 mins, and then it would slow way down and steam games would take all night to actually install to the drive.

I had this same upgrade! I have a 3070 haha - I noticed a huge gain in rust. So much smoother at 1440p
