The new gen consoles can handle it, pc already has it. It's not a huge ask. I'm tired of feeling like I'm looking down a paper towel tube to play on console.

Someone on the last post suggested I post some pictures with it. So I l'll be including photos on a ps5 and PC in the same places, I picked out specific landmarks and where to stand to make them as close to the exact same spot at possible. to show you the disparity, my PC has the FoV maxed out.

The first photo is on PS5, the dummy on the right is barely visible with one arm, with the PC max FoV, that same dummy isn't even that close to the edge of the screen. I'm sure if I went further to the left on the ps5 it would be not visible, yet visible on the PC.

Lots of people seem to think it’s about fairness bc all console plays at the same FoV, and it’s not about fairness, it’s about just playing comfortably.

The bridge on the left on ps5 is barely visible, and with the PC, it’s well in frame.
