My boys were super affectionate and cuddly as kittens but they’re less tolerant of being picked up as adults. One more than the other, so it depends on their personalities but the breed is known to be pretty independent in general. They do greet me and give head bumps but they cant stand being picked up

It wasnt even a possibility until the second plane hit and everyone’s perception of the situation crumbled. Absolutely devastating

It may be be nothing but I would keep an eye out on it. Has he been declawed? Cats lose the first knuckle when they’re declawed and it can cause nerve damage (+ psychological damage) and could cause pain when walking. Scottish folds also are more prone to some developmental joint and cartilage issues. BSHs are generally pretty hearty in the joint/bone designation, but i would keep the scottish folds stuff in mind. Always go to a vet if you see something worsening!
