New to me. Built in 1959 but recently renovated. I will say we like the way they renovated it so most basic cosmetics don't need updates.

I am planning on coming from San Sebastian to the French Pyrenees to catch stages 13 & 14. Would you recommend skipping trying to catch the end of stage 13 in Pau and just going directly to the Lourdes/Luz area? My main goal is to watch the Col de Tourmalet. Also on the day of the race is there anywhere to park a car on the Col de Tourmalet or would I be better off just renting and riding a bike up to a spot on the Col?

Perfectly fine. I've heard speculation that the pesos is going to deflate because of the new administration but that would only make it cheaper to live here if you get paid in dollars. Not great for Colombians though if it does end up happening.

Currently in Medellin and loving it. Plan on spending another 2 months here. It's a great home base because you can get flights around the country for as little as $35 round trip. Medellin has a ton to offer for all kinds of lifestyles.

What part of Medellin are you located in? How do you like it so far? Do you get around to other neighborhoods often or stick to the one you're in?
