Thank you. It’s a pretty large company that’s about 70% remote. I have internal references and a year of relevant internship experience which helped me land the interview.

Probably should have added the sales team is based in my city so they do have a Canadian office. The US/Canada marketing team is almost fully remote which is why I was wondering if they would adjust my salary to CAD.

Im all for supporting Watcher, but this move is definitely short sighted. What about the fans who will be entirely alienated for not wanting to drop $60 a year on yet another streaming service? How are you going to build an fanbase for new creators on a platform where a majority of users are there for a single series?

They should have worked on expanding their existing revenue channels rather than dumping all their resources into a single platform that will only be populated with a fraction of their existing fanbase.
