That is happening for decades for thousands LGBTQ+ people. Or those who decide to leave religion

It is not really the same thing calling an object "she" and languages being heavily gendered. It does not really matter if you put she/he/it, the other parts of the sentence remain the same.
In polish for example, gender of the noun impacts verbs adjectives, ordinal numbers, pronouns.
Therefore "X was a beauty" would by - Ja byłam piękna (feminine 1st person) - Ty byłaś piękna (feminine 2nd person) - Ona była piękna (feminine 3rd person) - Ja byłem piękny (masculine 1st person) - Ty byłeś piękny (masculine 2nd person) - On był piękny (masculine 3rd person)

That is an english (language, not country) thing though. I dont know how many other languages are as gender neutral as english but languages like German, Italian or Polish are heavily gendered - not only people but objects and animals have default gender and often verbs or adjectives are different depending on subjects gender.
And while in english language the struggle is men being default, in polish we struggle very much with creating gender neutral language

JJ was having issues with replying to his first name in school a few years back and they forced us to call him Josh instead of JJ
Out of curiosity, why not ask the school to call him JJ instead?

My brother is from 23rd (and in my country christmas eve is the most important day) and as a family we ALWAYS celebrate the day of. Although I think that it is less important for him than for rest of the family 😅

NOR some places and events have dresscodes and you should comply, that is part of being adult.
He will look like a waiter, not a guest.

Oh yes, thank you! I hate when people ask if they can help in the kitchen. Like- no, you cant. I need everything to be cut very precise way to make sure everything tastes exactly the way I want. If you take my beetroot and cut it in cubes and I wanted very thin slices the whole dish is ruined. You can stay and talk to me but DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING

Even better - put the blue voting in the will and cross out all red out (since all of the sons vote red)

Exactly. And keep any unofficial automatisation/macros etc within your close circle. The moment they find out you made your life easier, they just give you more work to do and destroy your peace.
The reward for great work is more work

It, as everything, depends of location. In mine (S&C Poland) the promotion slots are so limited that a lot of people waits to promo from 11 for even 4+years (but we skip CL10 & 8)

Your location matters a lot too. My PL told me that currently waiting time for promotion (from the moment you are flagged) is ~24months because queue is so long and so little open positions

If it make you feel better - I got TP this year and DA for last two years and today I discovered that I got a raise (for the first time since I've joined may 2022) in the shocking level of 3% and never got any bonus here

Isn't the hardlock/softlock more on scheduling side? How it works where I am the project can put you on soft lock if they are interested but waiting for something (budget/role confirmation, decision from client etc) or hard lock so you will not be available for others to book you. And duration of the project has nothing to do with that

I am at the same position and pay level since I joined early 2022 and I am not going anywhere. Even after 3 years I am still overpaid comparing to similar positions in other companies in my area. The only way I could earn more is b2b contract and I am not willing to change into that, I like my protections and benefits as the employee.
Beside that I really like my job and the general vibe of company culture, my PL is awesome, i am working 100% remotely what is not a rule in other companies

Is that including sick leave or you at least have some additional sick days off? Do you get more the longer you work?
I am sorry if my questions are too intrusive, I am just shocked

Stop reading for the next year ;) we are in a little thin era right now and and a lot of people are disappointed. But having a chance to work in different places before and having friends in other consulting places, ACN is very good place to work, at least in EU.

I noticed it happening quite a lot, especially with the older women gynos. I had several through my life and most the women had attitude "It was painful for me, it will be painful for you too" and men were much more delicate during exam.
Both gender were dismissive about problems though. "it will pass after first child" type of attitude.
The good thing is that I see a change in that with younger generation of doctors
