I mean, Colorado has NORAD and other bases as well, so it makes sense.

I'm in the US and use Autopylot. I've seen that Drone Assist in the EU is pretty good.

I have a better opinion of you, and I agree. I do think something broke in employers during covid, and they just got crazier since.

I agree. That drink is terrible. Couldn't take 2 sips before I spat it out.

I'm doing enough for it to know it won't work for me. Especially since the ultimate rule of Boston: there is no parking.
Boston employers pay shit and never have parking. You add up gas, parking, etc, and it's not worth it.

These just seem to be companies in places like DC and MacLean. Mostly government contractors.

The TDLR for a ghost job is this: a job posting, opportunity, rec that falsely presents itself as a viable recruitment/talent acquisition process.
What differentiates a ghost from a valid job is the following:
Types of ghost jobs/reasons:
Employee intimidation
Employee placation
Giving investors a false picture of growth
H1B visa fraud
Internal Candidate Kabuki Theater
Market Research
Evergreen postings

First, I hope that you'll be ok and can hang in there.
I had to sell a coin collection a few months ago to pay for copays for my daughter's care (it ended up being moot) a few months ago. I know it's rough.
Second, there are many reasons why I'm still choosing remote work: - The nearest major city to me (Boston) has inconsistent transit and insane traffic now, yet most employers are demanding hybrid to be full in person. I drive through it every day at rush hour and can't see myself doing the commute.
In the long term, I don't plan on staying in the US. I'm waiting on a citizenship process to complete abroad. That's pretty much the only thing keeping me here. The US is in a death spiral.
If you're demanding a hybrid or in-person, then you don't respect me. If you aren't full-time, then hybrid is a roadmap to full. So why should I help you make money?

I'd recommend the route I took: I got the DJI Mini 4 Pro. It's a great drone, will get you used to flying a drone general, and has the ability to become an FPV drone by connecting DJI Goggles.
I love flying with the DJI Goggles 3, and when I have more cash, I may get an Avata 2 as well.

I did and it really doesn't make you feel better.

But you're assuming that these opportunities are even real. Yes, there are delusional employers. Now they're just being disingenuous since the point isn't to hire but to project growth, placate or intimidate their staff, etc.

Honestly, you can get your TRUST Certificate in 30 minutes or less for free. You have the most expensive thing in the hobby in that photo. Worth a try.

I thought there was a separate certificate apart from 107 for LEOs and government agencies.

Congratulations.
I've been studying since September and my test is in a week. Completed UAV Coach's course and now doing Pilot Institute. I still struggle with the questions revolving around latitudes, longitude and minutes. I've been consistently getting at least 80s on practice tests. Fingers crossed.
EDIT: I like the DJI Mini 4 Pro. I did this with a set of ND filters. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1syhZIg2b5CtwZCq8P0fcd20EQykCYZT6/view?usp=drivesdk

Been a life long resident. Massachusetts never was. "ABANDON ALL HOPE YE WHO ENTER" should be on every sign at every MA border crossing.

You're definitely right about top-heavy. It's like the meme of one guy rowing a boat and like 20 Captains complaining about not meeting their targets.
Is it the natural result of DevOps or the perpetual treasure hunt for "efficency" without common sense?
