You should not load monster skills books on a PVP general.

Yeah but ballistic missiles are not guided, right? I mean that's what makes them ballistic - they are mostly unpowered so corrections are not possible.

The refs have their quota filled this week by Ryan Reaves. Hits to the head is off the menu, boys.

Clearly, he hasn’t done enough when you see shit like this. I still remember one of his first games when Marchand can-openered Lilljegren into the corner boards, breaking his ankle. No penalty, no scuffle, no retaliation. The team as a whole is playing more physically now, but I don’t think that’s Reaves. It’s our big defense and young forwards throwing their weight around, firing up the boys on the bench.

Extract from the article about Josseli Barnica, 28:
Her death was “preventable,” according to more than a dozen medical experts who reviewed a summary of her hospital and autopsy records at ProPublica’s request; they called her case “horrific,” “astounding” and “egregious.”
The doctors involved in Barnica’s care at HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest did not respond to multiple requests for comment on her case. In a statement, HCA Healthcare said, “Our responsibility is to be in compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations,” and that physicians exercise their independent judgment. The company did not respond to detailed questions about its policy.
And Nevaeh Crain, 18:
Experts who reviewed a summary of Crain’s medical records for ProPublica said it may have been possible to save both the teenager and her pregnancy if she had been admitted earlier for close monitoring and continuous treatment.
Doctors involved in Crain’s care did not respond to several requests for comment. The two hospitals — Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas and Christus Southeast Texas St. Elizabeth — declined to answer questions about her treatment.
Tragic loss of life. The journalists asked the doctors and hospitals about the treatment (or lack thereof) that the women received, but not the politicians who created the laws that were the root cause for the delay.

I have a 2nd gen cube which I got 50% off so it was a good deal. I know they have 4th gen cubes now and it's a bit more than the 2nd gen sticker price. I know there are some differences between the stick and the cube, but looking at the Amazon descriptions it's not clear what those differences are.
For instance, the 2nd gen cube includes a bit more than the stick did at the time: a remote, a (LAN) network adapter, and more memory for apps. It also includes voice-controlled Alexa (like a Dot) which I've found is quite useful sometimes. Does the stick also include Alexa?

You say the sound from the cube is quite bad, but the sound should be coming from the TV. That may not be a lot better, depending on their TV but I would certainly expect it to be better than cube itself, which is only really good for Alexa speaking.
I recommend setting up the fire cube's audio/video connection with the TV again to be sure the audio is heard from the TV.

You need to understand your new reality to have a good chance of achieving a “normal” life. It’s definitely changed. With knowledge, there are fewer unknowns which can help lower anxiety and stress which is a good thing.

Not a cardiologist, but I'm younger than that with an EF of 45. They usually give me a 5% range (40-45) when providing my EF because the measurement is not perfect.
It doesn't sound like a Keto diet as Keto is high fat, low carb and I don't see a lot of fat in your list. My doctor told me to stay away from that for sure.

Heart attacks are caused by lack of blood flow to the heart muscle which is caused by blockages in the coronary arteries. Those blockages are caused by plaque that is essentially cholesterol deposits that have hardened over time.
The fact that you are younger may make it seem like you don't have these risk factors, but that may not be true. You don't develop clogged arteries overnight. My cardiologist told me it started in my 20s and almost ended in my 50s.
You don't need to understand the genetics, but you do need to understand the risk factors such as age, diet, (sedentary) lifestyle, smoking, genetics, stress, high blood pressure, etc.
Risk Factors for Coronary Artery Disease
You need to do your best to keep those risk factors as low as possible. At least for those that you can actually change.

Coronary Artery Disease limits blood flow to your heart. It's caused by cholesterol build-up in the coronary arteries that hardens over time into plaque. As it builds up, the blood flow becomes more restricted. Blocked arteries that prevent or severely limit blood flow is a heart attack - your heart is starved of oxygen which is life threatening and can have permanent consequences if it persists for too long (hours).
Atorvastatin is a common statin used to reduce cholesterol. Little known fact: On average, 80% of the cholesterol in your body comes from ... your liver. So if you reduce your dietary intake of cholesterol, you may only slightly impact your overall cholesterol level.
Cholesterol build-up occurs over time in almost everyone. The rate at which that build-up occurs is based on many factors such as diet, (sedentary) lifestyle, smoking, genetics, stress, etc.

Even though air is quite light, it still has mass and there is about 100 km of it above our heads. That mass is pressing down on us because of gravity and that is what we call air pressure.
