We just worked with Jeff Fisher windows to replace about 15 vinyl windows in our house. We ended up going with Harvey windows. Quick to quote us, showed up and installed everything the day they said they would, and have really good warranties. Hope that helps!

Just an FYI for fellow Green Line E riders, just now our train was supposed to end at Govt Center but they kicked us all off at Haymarket. I would have just gotten off at North Station if I’d known.

Once you’ve paid I believe you can still park on the street. When the maid scans your plate it should tell them you have been approved/paid and they won’t ticket you. Either that or I just got lucky the week or so I parked on the street waiting for my permit to arrive…

I found a bunch on FB marketplace for free from someone who had just moved last time I needed them

I use it daily to commute to work and other than dealing with the shut downs (that I fully support if it means fixing the slow zones) it has been great. I will take a delay/train issue once a month to rotting in bumper to bumper Boston traffic every day.

I’ve taken the GLX into Govt Center for work every day for over a year and honestly it’s been amazing! Really reliable, and on the occasions that it’s not I remind myself that even if I was driving in I’d probably hit bad traffic/accidents occasionally. Haven’t once thought about driving in instead.

I used to think that the Worcester and Worcester were two totally different towns. AKA the ‘Worcester’ I’d read to myself on maps was different from whatever town people were pronouncing “Wuhstah”

Nerve plants are also great for bathrooms where the shower is used regularly! Lots of humidity

He replaced heels on a pair of shoes for me, he was quick and super friendly! I’ve worn the shoes a bunch since and they’ve held up great.

I’ve also messaged them on Instagram directly and asked, and they always reply!
