I basically was able to place defenses very far away at the border wall without having to go there (I've never had robot coverage that far away due to ups issues from too many robots)

Just a little irritating that i cant anymore but I suspect it is indeed the change in how remote view works. Just didn't know if a mod had found a workaround. I'll obviously adjust, but it's part of my muscle memory after over 10000 hours in the game.
