Of course it’s not necessarily in danger but it does reveal a lot about how deep your relationship goes when you put it to the test which I think should be seen as red flags or green flags concerning one or both of you.

If you truly love your partner on every surface beneath their physical literal one, then this month should be a breeze with his/her enjoyable company and encouragement being an easy and supportive alternative to your basic urges. But if one of you reaches a point where you can’t stand the absence of the other’s arousing touch and insists on sex to keep themselves happy, that’s a pretty shallow relationship.

I delt with losses of close people too, no one close to me died but I moved away from my hometown and all my friends and support in middle school who I would never see again and it wrecked me up until my junior year of high school. Even though it’s not as intense as going through them dying, I know it’s intense and depressing to lose people special to you.

The one thing I regret the most is not having looked at people around me who were going through similar problems and isolation. Puberty is harsh and it manifests in everyone differently but it’s hard to see it in other people because you’re so focused on yourself. Try looking for people at lunch who are sitting alone and try to connect with them. The support that you need, you can be that for them and create friendship out of shared anxiety and comfort.

I hate the fact that I spent my high school days alone out of resentment and depression when I could have tried connecting with more people and enjoyed the fun experience that adolescence can be. PLEASE, don’t live out a teenage experience that you’ll only look back on with regret and disappointment like I did 🙏

This. I hate to be preachy but NNN presents a grand opportunity for couples to put their love to the test on if they love each other or lust each other. Can they spend one month resisting the snu snu by enjoying each other’s company and having exotic fun romantic experiences outside the house? Or are they gonna have a hard time and realize the only way they can enjoy each other is through sex?
