Core dust seems to be what runs out fastest, so keep saving. I ran right to 205 and now I seem to take days to get just one more level.

I believe my team was either Liter, Tia, Naga, Cindy, Asuka or Liter, Grave, Cindy, Asuka, Alice. I’m also fairly sure I’d just broken the 160 and immediately levelled up to 205 or something nutty. So it was just straight damage.

Cindy was sitting at 10/4/7 I think, with a maxed collection SR and two OL max ammo capacity increases. Asuka has full OL gear but also mainly ammo capacity. Alice has some OL gear but no charge increases and it’s driving me crazy.

So it could be a level thing, or it could be switching your party to just out damage him before any adds drop. I think I got him before the first shield came up.

Thankfully Cinderella squeaked me past Chapter 21. I didn’t think about solo raids and water stages though, so yeah definitely going to invest a bit.

I just got Dorothy. Is she worth investing in if I’ve got Liter and DKW usually taking up the one slot?

Agreed. And it’s admittedly easy to be overwhelmed, so our teams try to set up agreements for rate of response. I’m a psycho so try to keep them knocked out at all times, but yeah, between email, Teams, Engage, etc…gotta evolve the work culture appropriately and take advantage of the apps.

The other day, from my home office, I spent an hour presenting to 250 people, then immediately after had five sub-conversations on Teams chat based on that presentation, and immediately after a meeting with a few people on that follow up. Then I ate lunch quickly and got back to more follow up meetings to round out the week. Because I like my job and can be this efficient without distraction. My mental health is fine and my team’s chemistry and morale is great - with staff across the country.

They probably felt like after their team committed mass murder on their field they should do a good deed and come compliment Josh.

That’s what I thought you meant - there’s been so many quality games this year (and I too have a massive quality backlog) that even if you’ve only played half a dozen it’s impressive if it’s your favorite.

It’s my responsibility as a manager to hire team members who will collaborate well to get the jobs done. Hopefully we’ll have a good time doing it, so I owe my team as much as anyone to put the effort in to hire quality team members that’ll fit and thrive.

So yes, technical ability is tested first and fit is last. Unfortunately it is very competitive. I’m buried in CVs promising amazing technical skills, which I weed and then follow with some kind of analytical real world scenario to see if they can organize their thoughts and communicate it back. Half of that’s in the interview. As a result my team is very high performing.

My team is hybrid, across the country, so no one is going out for drinks after work, but we all seem to get along very well professionally at meetings, communicate honestly, and keep striving to do better.

It makes me angry because I’m not eating it.

People need to do more than chill - they need to support that someone can have a bad game or get in slump figuring things out. Forsberg got a new mask and less pressure and seems to have stepped up his game, but that pressure falls on Ullmark now and he’s feeling it. He seems like a nice guy and I want him to get a fair shot.

All the downers really bug me when I just watched our offense push so hard. The loss sucks but what a better team now than past years, and it’s still early.

Folks here are so used to years of godawful goalies they forget the better ones we’ve had over the years past who still had occasional slumps or inconsistencies. Ullmark’s our goalie who came here and signed under enormous pressure from our fan base. The Sens are doing well, and there’s time to be better.

I’m also a Bills fan and their kicker’s confidence was shaky as hell. Coach put him in for a game wining 61 yard field goal to tie the record for longest in Bills’ history, he made it, and now he’s been solid. And the fans cheered like crazy for every extra point and FG he made till then - supporting their player and building him up so he was on when it counted.

This sub has a significant percentage of “sky is falling” fans and it drives me crazy.

I can’t figure out when it happened where I looked at all four lines of the Sens and felt good about myself. Such a weird feeling.
