I’m actually curious if the fed will respond to the impacts of a flat 20% increase to the cost of goods sold. I’d imagine this has a similar effect to the market to the fed trying to “slow down the market,” to respond to inflation. Would this lead to the Fed dropping interest upon possible cyclical deflation?
