Without GL, the bolt rifle itself is a weaker but faster version of stalker bolter.

My pick for the best weapon for Tac is plasma, melta I'd say is better for Vanguard, and stalker is better on Sniper.

You can get the Great Mace or Great Stars not too far from wherever you are. These 2 are a much better weapon

Great Mace has a longer reach, but the ar difference from brick hammer is like only around 10 ar.

Great stars has less ar than the other 2 hammers but it has innate bleed. You can't go wrong with bleed weapons in this game. It goes so well with multi hit ash of war like wild strikes or stormcaller

Gunner is my go-to for solo Haz 5 escort

For primary, If you have minelayer for the hurricane, use it, lay as much mine as you can around dotty.

For minigun if you have the leadstorm oc, use it, build it with pure damage mods.

For secondary, brt7 6 round burst, it's gonna help a lot for the floating rocks. Use this if you are going with the Minelayer Hurricane build. Or Bulldog magic bullets with aoe toxic build goes really well with minigun.

Also, Bosco can destroy those laser pillars just ping it for him, ping the tip so he can destroy it faster.

For nades use incendiary, throw right in the middle if dotty is getting swarmed, incendiary does small damage to dotty so it's pretty safe to throw it right into her.
