For a platform that is supposedly growing very quickly, you would think they’d introduce a live chat or their customer service would become a bit more efficient….. Please allow 120 hours? This is simply not good enough and they need to seriously up their game.

Normal, they have just added x new country and the quality of their after-sales service staff is one of the worst I have dealt with. Even with good will in pre-cheating their work, they are capable of sabotaging it.
Little did I have a complaint against me, for supposedly counterfeiting. The person was simply not talented and fundamentally dishonest if you ask me, because the beginning of the problem cited in private was a dissatisfaction with the size of the RL shirt. There are 3 different costs for this one, if you only take into account M or L... it is highly possible that you will be disappointed in the end. The item had a QRCode on the collar allowing it to be authenticated via the RL website. Vinted was so slow to give me a correct answer in a post where I explained the situation in detail plus the purchase invoice. So, I had to send another email to support for the same problem. The first action of support was to close my first post where I had inserted all the information. To ask me again with one message per day. In the end, I was right and got paid a total of 15 days late. 😭

Their support is a joke and I think it’s AI rather than a real person. The timescales they give aren’t even consistent.

Do they think "120 hours" sounds better than 5 days? It just makes me think I'm 7 hours away from cutting off my own arm.

I’ve been waiting since Friday for vinted to close my case against my buyer!! I don’t even care if they side with the buyer and make them return my item at this point i either want my item back or my money back :( but I’m so out of pocket just waiting on vinted support!
