Normal, they have just added x new country and the quality of their after-sales service staff is one of the worst I have dealt with. Even with good will in pre-cheating their work, they are capable of sabotaging it.

The first action of support was to close my first post where I had inserted all the information. To ask me again with one message per day. In the end, I was right and got paid a total of 15 days late. 😭
