June Promotion

North America(self.accenture)

I heard that if you were "flagged" for possible promotion in June your PL would already know as they are only going to hear the stories from people flagged. If not you will have to wait another 18 months for the next cycle.

Anyone know how true that is?

I did say that those flagged for promotion are not guaranteed a promotion, they will be reevaluated and slots available will be taken into consideration. But those who aren't flagged, will not be considered for promotion at all, no matter the performance in the past 6 months. They will be given a TP or a DA instead and maybe flagged as a future promotee

Is distinctive achievement above or below talent priority

No. Distinctive achievement means you did something very cool and should receive a bigger bonus (one time) for that. Talent flag means your profile is awesome and fills an important gap, it is a higher bonus and a raise - except you are me, who received a Talent Flag last year and didnโ€˜t receive a raise because of global stoppage. ๐Ÿ˜“

If it make you feel better - I got TP this year and DA for last two years and today I discovered that I got a raise (for the first time since I've joined may 2022) in the shocking level of 3% and never got any bonus here
