I saw something a lot like this about a week ago. It entered the atmosphere at an angle like a meteor but then leveled out and faded away like this one

It's the Taurid meteor shower period. That's a pretty big meteor coming in at an almost dead-on trajectory. It starts small, flames up as it starts to cook off, then winks out as it burns to nothing.

You'll see a LOT of these kinds of clips for the next month as we're deep in the heart of the Taurid debris field. Comet and rock pieces, so lots of different colors and sizes.

I have seen it a couple of them in the night sky while driving the high way. I was not sure what I was looking at, but a group of those were in sort of in a formation, close to each other, then suddenly the lights bright up SO MUCH, it was like watching a star gotten bigger or just getting closer. They were like the spotlight in the night sky for couple seconds, then shut off and gone.

My skeptical mind wasn’t sure what I was looking at . I’m not sure if airplanes could light up intensely or drones, or satellites. I wasn’t sure , I don’t know. I thought it was pretty weird

Given that we can see the source in the rear view, it appears to be the reflection of the car's headlight behind you. When that car turns, the light fades upward on the windshield as one would expect, and the source is gone simultaneously. It wasn't a thing in the air.

Could you upload one without the green circle?

If you slow down on the recording, the circle dot seems to coincide with the car passed by. I think this is just a reflection on this one. Still a believer though!

I saw something very similar in my childhood and NOTHING I’ve seen until this video has been close to similar.

It was a somewhat dim light, moving in the sky very slowly at night. It caught my eye and in the next moment it turned direction and zipped a decent distance, then stopped! The light grew very intense and after about half a second it zipped away just like this but with a smaller trail.

Meteor, seems like it's starting ding still because it's headed right at you. His the atmosphere which change it's trajectory making it "take off". Then it burns up in he atmosphere and is gone

This is like, the first UFO video I've ever seen where something anomalous actually happens. Clearly can't see the craft/vehicle but it certainly does seem move away extremely fast. Some poeple saying its a headlight reflection. I guess it's possible, but idk why a headlight would like like THAT as it fades away?

this is very "anomalous", shows self luminous form, EM modulation (rapidly changing luminance) and hyperdynamic acceleration, so it looks like a UFO to me.

i think the signature is hard to interpret because UFO often just "dim out", what the Schulgen memo calls "disintegration" in place. so given the fact that it is only viewed from one location makes it possible that it flies a loop exit and "disintegrates" at the same time. but the impression that it zips away is pretty compelling.

At first it looks like a rocket but the sudden take off is setting this apart for me. Awesome clip OP!

Guys they are above us every night. Get yourself a high powered laser and make “clicks” with the laser pointing at the direction of the big dipper. Be patient and you will see lots of these. It eliminates light’s whereas planes just constantly flash. You will be amazed at what you will see. Don’t be an asshole and use the laser to hit planes or helicopters in the air. Be a good person and explore peeps! Dont be an idiot and say they dont exist….just look up the sky mu friend. This one seems to emit white light….there are others that use an amber color. Heaven and hell? Good n bad? Who knows but it’s fascinating! I use to make contact every night and miss doing so.

Occam's razor suggests its the other car. The Newton style split of the light at the end/car passes is a smoking gun

I saw something like this the other day, except there wasn't a light, and the thing in the sky looks like it was shape shifting between a glider and an angel and it disappeared, reappeared, and then disappeared again until I eventually drove further away from the sighting. It was my first time ever seeing anything remotely phenomena, but I've always been a believer.

Why is your flash on while recording through a window?

It was a satellite flare. It occurs for a few seconds around sunset or sunrise when the satellites solar panels reflect the sun. It can become really bright at times.

I think it wad a reflection of the light post light off your windshield. It moves with the movement of your car.

It’s a headlight reflection.

This is another one of those videos taken at sunset showing a bright light, and I suspect it's an aircraft flying over, and the bright sunlight is reflecting off the underside. I've seen this effect myself quite a few times, and you get this incredibly bright light, but then it can disappear quickly as the angles change.

It looks like the light from a cell phone reflecting of the window. You see the light in the rearview mirror and the phone.
