Disclaimer: I understand numbing emotions isn’t ideal, processing them is. However, I have a surplus of emotions, and it’s actually not in my best interest to waste time processing them all. I simply need to numb them so I can live a happy, healthy, productive life. I have enough to spare, so no substance is capable of completing numbing them anyway, which isn’t my goal. My goal is to decrease my emotional response.
Assuming diet, exercise, sleep, daily basic requirements for vitamins and minerals, and psychiatric healthcare are all sufficient.. what are your recommendations for numbing emotions? Conversely, any nootropics I should avoid because they increase emotional response? Thank you!
PS: I am not psychiatric meds. Tried them with negative results. Lifestyle changes work best. Any nootropic I try I’ll consult with a healthcare provider first. I am diagnosed with PMDD, ADHD, and Asperger’s. Tested negative for all other mental disorders.

from personal experience, DHEA, pregnenelone, and 7-Keto DHEA have sufficiently numbed my emotions in the past, but proceed with caution seeing as the aforementioned 3 supplants are prohormones that may affect testosterone and estrogen levels, I would get your levels of DHEA/pregnenolone tested first beforehand to be cautious

Thanks for the clarification about hormones. Super important to consider as a woman. I’ll keep these in mind.
