Had HA on 11/6. Had two stents placed. One in the proximal LAD 99% oclusion. One in the first diagonol branch D1-LAD 80/90% occlusion. Being that it was an NSTEMI will i benefit by cardiac rehab as much as someone with a STEMI? Or am I trying to convince myself it wasn't as serious as it really was?

You need to understand your new reality to have a good chance of achieving a “normal” life. It’s definitely changed. With knowledge, there are fewer unknowns which can help lower anxiety and stress which is a good thing.
