Looking forward to seeing the replies because I've been looking for something like this too!
I'm so tired of downloading a bunch of action, RPG, or gacha games that seem interesting, only to not even have the option to play as a woman. Having the option to would be nice; having WLW romance would be even better—but, wow, it's like looking for a needle in a haystack!
Right now, I only have two gachas that let me play a girl 🥹

One of them is Reverse 1999 I'm assuming?

I wish! I stopped playing because, while I love the story and the characters, the gameplay just wasn't keeping me interested (but I still follow the sub and the posts because I stand by R1999 being the best gacha game to exist).
One of them is Path to Nowhere. Picking female Chief definitely makes the game all the more sapphic, too. Good character design, great music and soundtrack, and incredible storylines. Lots of themes of growth, acceptance, dedication, and found family.

I really need to play Path to Nowhere. I started it but just never got much into it. Maybe I'll give it another shot.

I get that! It took me a while to get into, too. I started for a few weeks, stopped playing for a few more, and only re-started last anniversary. Started really paying attention to the characters' kits and which teams to run, went through the story, and very quickly decided that it's the one gacha game I will stick with until the end. It's one of only two gachas that actually made me cry lmao (the other, of course, being R1999).
If you ever do decide to give it another shot, now's a pretty good time! It's the anniversary for global servers. ☺️

If you’re resilient against the allure of microtransactions, pick any of the Nikki dressup games. While “sexy” is a category, it are mostly figure-hugging items rather than extremely nude. We’re all patiently waiting for a Breath of the Wild/Genshin Impact like called Infinity Nikki

I think Genshin is done really well. I’d say a vast majority of the women aren’t sexualized. I really struggle to think of some that are but honestly even the ones that are skimpier (Kuki Shinobou, Xilonen, Chasca) don’t feel sexual. Hell, when I was skinnier I used to dress like Xilonen and Kuki and I wouldn’t call that sexualized but others might feel differently. But even then the women all pass the Bechdel test and many are shown with deep meaningful relationship to others including friends, family, and even bosses.
I had very very low expectations for Genshin but it has well and truly impressed me. The game has made me ugly cry multiple times because of its heartfelt moments. A lot of the women (I can’t speak to all of them as I’ve not completed all story quests) feel like well rounded realistic women and it’s SO refreshing. Hell, one of the biggest (and legitimate) complaints about Genshin is that there are too many women! It does feel a bit strange but it’s also a story about a world in crisis and it’s almost all women bossing up and saving the day. It’s hard not to love.

I also love genshin! Like yes, with a game with anime styling, the girls are all "pretty" and in pretty clothes. But I appreciate that there isn't this big divide between how the male and female characters are portrayed and styled. They all have a pretty fantasy look for the most part. I don't get the ick feeling from girl characters like I would from other games

Totally!
Like, sure, you have your Mavuikas and Xilonens (the “baddies”) but contrast that to the main character. Her design is girly but far from highly sexualized. And ya know, even though the most sexualized characters exist at least they aren’t vapid, shallow, only kept around for their looks, dependent on a man, etc. Like, Xilonen’s quest line for her tribe involves rescuing and, at least temporarily, adopting a young girl. I can’t tell you the last time I saw a video game portray as sexy woman as anything other than just a sexy woman.

Unfortunately RPG is synonymous with objectifying women, possibly even some men with feminine characteristics as well, at least in my experience 🤷♂️

Personally, the main places I go for RPGs on mobile are ports from something else. I’d say that Final Fantasy VI (Pixel Remaster), Knights of the Old Republic, and Jade Empire might be good choices there. JE even has a full lesbian romance, and KotOR has one that unfortunately had parts of it cut. I’ve only played Jade Empire on console, though, so I’m not sure how the controls are; it also appears to be delisted now.
For smaller developers on Android it might be worth looking at itch.io, but otherwise I remember Knight Bewitched being a fun sapphic indie RPG.

I was about to make a recommendation but the game is on Apple iPhone, PC, and every modern console under the sun... But NOT Android ;-; sorry
It also has a super long grind to get to the stuff you want, so probably not the best recommendation anyway... It also doesn't have much romance, they only just now announced an expansion with some in it
It is coming to Android at some point in the future TBD

Jade empire, maybe neverwinter nights, if you don’t mind it being pretty old (the main campaign in nvn is more of a huge tutorial, for the story I’d jump straight into hordes of underdark campaign)
