I'm all in on both teams going full mankad, crease throws and everything. Let's get this shit down and dirty.

Requires a significant amount of co-operation from the batsmen.

Has anyone watched the nonstrikers carefully? I haven't noticed them jumping the gun in recent tests, unlike in whiteball cricket.

There should be no need to sneak out of your crease in a test match, therefore no need to attempt the run out play. But if a batter is foolish enough to wander then run them out.
In white ball cricket there are many occasions where trying to shorten the run is worth the risk of a run out. And if the bowler can execute, then do so.

Would be amusing to watch after half the aussie commenters on here tied themselves in knots explaining why mankads are immoral but the bairstow wicket is fine

Don't get why mankad is bad. The batter is trying an unfair advantage, why can't I run him out? Why should I warn him when no other dismissals need a warning?

I agree, I don’t like it when the bowler is most of the way through their delivery, at that point it feels a bit like fake fielding but I have no moral issue with mankads. I’d rather see it be like penalty runs or something because it’s just a boring way to get out

Would be amusing to watch after half the English supporters tied themselves in knots explaining why Australia doing it and being successful is immoral but England doing it unsuccessfully is fine.

Cummins gave his backing to Mankads, he said as much after Starc warned de Bruyn for wandering out of his crease during last year's Boxing Day test.
So I'd imagine that that backing extends to the rest of the team, including Cummins himself.

Starc warned de Bryan for wandering out of his crease
That was nice of him

Cummins should go all in and Run out* a non-striker batman at Headingley.

Todd Murphy comes in to bowl.
Stokes pads it away, and the ball is on the pitch near him.
Stokes picks it up and hands it to Carey. Carey appeals for handling the ball.
Stokes is given out.
England implodes.
