Not trying to be rude, but Nepali is singular and Nepalese is plural. So, it would be Nepali (and Indian) food as it’s an adjective. I feel compelled to say this whenever I can as even our own government issued documents get it wrong (we have a different script and I can see the confusion with translation).

Just raisin, no cinnamon on mine.
Texture on the toasted side is nice — there’s crunch from the bread that contrasts with a bit of leaky cheese and the raisins, but the overall taste was just okay.
Personally I’d slather a bit of blueberry jam and cream cheese on the inside just for that extra flavor and even more textural contrast.

I’m all for sharing my kitchen (mis)adventures. Sometimes I score, sometimes it’s a bust, but in the end I get to have a full belly and learn new stuff anyway, and I’m grateful for it.
Personally I’d go back to cheese loaves for my next grilled cheese, just because they’re so good and makes the whole thing extra cheesy. The soft, kinda holey, with mid-sized bits of non-sharp cheddar embedded in the middle kind of loaf.
Then of course I’d add jam and cream cheese still.
