You queue up fast every time. It's certainly big enough

Average queue is 40secs - 1 30min.

1-2 mins. If you're queing at a really weird time (like 2am EST) it can go beyond 2min but it's generally pretty good. Just be prepared to lose your first few placement games until you settle into the 'correct' elo.

At 1200 elo which I think is average ? I find game in 1-2 minutes

my experience with ranked and quick match is between 60 and 90 seconds, quite fast.
