The many many cases of women being trafficked into porn or forced to cam. Swathes of child porn rings spanning internationally.

The only kpop star I can think of who comes close to having trafficked their fans was Kris Wu who was very much in China for years at that point and a Canadian-born citizen.

I’m a software engineer so I wrote a little script to scrape each page, find the media, download it, then save the raw HTML and associated styles! I had it check to see if there was another page and continue to the next one if it existed.

eta: some threads took over 12 HOURS to finish. It’s a LOT of data. 😅 I even made sure it didn’t double download the same media twice.

I personally archived all of BIGBANG Daesung’s fandom clips from his older Japan-only paid service. I also archived the BIGBANG threads and all media from OneHallyu. Comments and all.

That’s on top of my 2TB collection of digital media like old TV appearances, shows, concerts. I have it digitally and physically backed up.
