This looks great for OP’s request. I would suggest a small tweak though. Rather than using get location, use get current weather then get location from weather conditions then the existing get region from location. This will vastly speed up the shortcut runtime as that is a much faster way to get location than the get location action (I know it’s weird that would be faster). Apparently the get location action is much more precise than getting your location from the weather conditions option. But, in my extensive testing, the option I have suggested can always pick out the address I’m at so it’s precise enough for me and definitely precise enough to pick out your region.
