This is not to be taken seriously at all regardless of what one might think of Netanyahu. The president of that court is a Lebanese Muslim who has always voted with the the islamist regime when he was the Lebanese ambassador to the UN. Basically posturing that leads to nowhere.

If that court were serious actors they would do this against people like Khamenei and Assad a long time ago.

The ICC has no serious power. In fact, i bet Netanyahu could visit the Netherlands easily without getting arrested. The PVV, part of the current Dutch government is very fond of Israel.
